Madam Hyde - Sarah Brightman (1980)

You could almost say that the English Sarah Brightman is the Kate Bush of disco: moreover, both began their careers in 1978 and immediately met with great success. If Kate triumphs with the haunting ballad "Wuthering Heights", Sarah, she holds the public's attention with the space-disco "I Lost My Heart To A Starship Trooper". Accompanied by the group 'Hot Gossip', she stars in a clip.

In 1979, Sarah is back with the title "The Adventures Of The Love Crusader" which meets with some success, but which fails to succeed "I Lost My Heart To A Starship Trooper". Sarah also recorded that year the single "Love In A UFO", but it is clear that the sauce does not really take, despite the good B side "Illusions Of Love". The time of space-disco seems to be over.

In 1980, the last burst: "Love In A UFO" was released on a 45 rpm maxi. The version is identical to the single 7 "version. In fact, the novelty is on the B side where there are two titles:" Illusions Of Love "and the new" Madam Hyde ". Why did you hide this pearl at the bottom of it? 'at maxi 45 rpm, while the song would have deserved a highlight as a single?

"Madam Hyde" is written by Bugatti / Musker, arranged by Andrew McCrorie-Shand, and produced by Sarah Brightman.
