Wuthering Heights (Act III) - Ferrara (1979)

In 1979, John Ferrara composed, arranged and produced the LP "Wuthering Heights". Side A of the disc is dedicated to the suite "Wuthering Heights" which is presented in three acts. Lyrics are by Phyllis Ahlert, based on the famous novel "Wuthering Heights" by Emily Brontë. This romantic but very dark book was published for the first time in 1847 and met with some success. Over time, "Wuthering Heights" will become a classic of the genre.

To come back to the title of Ferrara, the latter and Ahlert were surely inspired by the success met by Kate Bush in 1978 with her title "Wuthering Heights".
